DeCurret, Notice of Executive Personnel Changes

DeCurret Inc. (HQ: Chiyoda-ward, Tokyo Japan; President & CEO: Kazuhiro Tokita, hereinafter “the Company”) has decided on the candidates for Directors at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 26, 2021. If these candidates are approved at the 4th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 25, 2021, the new executive structure of the Company will be as follows, subject to the approval by the Board of Directors meeting to be held after the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Executive Structure (Directors)

Following the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Board of Directors Meeting, the Chairman and Representative Director is scheduled to assume office on June 29, 2021, and the President and CEO is scheduled to assume office on June 25, 2021.

Koichi Suzuki, Director, is scheduled to retire at the conclusion of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 25, 2021 due to the expiration of his term of office.

The above main concurrent positions are scheduled to be determined at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors Meeting of Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (IIJ in this press release) to be held on June 29, 2021.
