DeCurret Holdings, Inc. (HQ: Chiyoda-ward, Tokyo Japan, President & CEO: Kazuhiro Tokita, hereinafter “DeCurret Holdings”) and its subsidiary, DeCurret DCP Inc. have appointed directors at their General Meeting of Shareholders held today, effective April 1, 2022.
After the Board of Directors meeting to be held on April 1 of the same year, the new executive structure will be as follows.

Director Takayoshi Saito is scheduled to retire from the board of directors on this occasion.
Our business goal is to contribute to the digitalization and economic development of Japan as a "catalyst" for the evolution of the DX society by providing a platform that enables the issuance and circulation of privately issued digital currency on the Internet. We intend to focus our resources on building a two-tiered digital currency platform that will serve as a future social infrastructure. We will continue to strengthen partnerships with various companies and promote all-Japan efforts to realize the "DCJPY (tentative name)," a digital currency issued by the private sector.
