DeCurret Holdings, Inc. (HQ: Chiyoda-ward, Tokyo Japan, President & CEO: Satoshi Murabayashi) has determined the candidates for its Board of Directors at a meeting held on June 6, 2023.
If the candidates are approved at the 2nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 23 of the same year, the executive structure will be as shown in the table below after the Board of Directors meeting to be held after the General Meeting of Shareholders. The subsidiary DeCurret DCP Inc. is also scheduled to adopt the new structure described below after the general shareholders' meeting and board of directors' meeting to be held on the same day.
