(HQ: Chiyoda-ward, Tokyo Japan, President & CEO: Satoshi Murabayashi) is pleased to announce that Mr. Yoshitake Ban has been newly appointed as a non-executive director, following a meeting of the Board of Directors held today. He also assumed the position of non-executive director of subsidiary DeCurret DCP Inc. at the same time.
