Notice of New Board of Directors

DeCurret Holdings, Inc. (HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, President and Representative Director: Yoshio Hirako) has announced the new composition of its Board of Directors, effective June 22 and July 1, 2026, following the 5th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors Meeting held on June 22. The composition of the Board of Directors is as shown in the table below.
DeCurret DCP Inc., a subsidiary, has also adopted the new structure described below following the shareholders' meeting and board of directors meeting held on the same day.
